COLOMBO (News 1st) SLNS Shakthi, a Landing Ship Tanker of the Sri Lanka Navy will set sail to Chennai, India to transport oxygen back to Sri Lanka, confirmed Captain Indika De Silva the Spokesperson for the Sri Lanka Navy.
