US Sec. of State to arrive in Sri Lanka

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is scheduled to arrive in the country, on an invitation extended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Dinesh Gunawardena. A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the US Secretary of State will pay an official visit to Sri Lanka on the 27th and 28th. During the visit, Secretary Pompeo is scheduled to hold official talks with the Foreign Minister. The discussion will focus on a number of areas relevant to multilateral affairs between the two countries.
