Gangster linked to 'Kimbula Ele Guna' & 'Prince Colum' arrested

Colombo (News 1st); Police Special Task Force personnel arrested a suspect linked to trafficking heroin in Sedawatte, Grandpass, after receiving intel about the movements of the suspect.
Investigations revealed the suspect is a close associate of 'Kimbula Ele Guna', a notorious underworld leader who is currently in hiding overseas.
It was also revealed the suspect was a member of 'Prince Colum's crime syndicate since 1999.
'Prince Colum' was the most feared underworld figure in the Western province until he was slain in 2007.
More than 04 grams of heroin were seized from the possession of the suspect arrested on Tuesday (20).
The suspect is linked to several homicides and other crimes, and further investigations are underway.
