Colombo stocks end firmer as investors buy risky assets

COLOMBO (News1st): Colombo stocks ended firmer this week with both All Share price index and most liquid index of S&P SL 20 index ended positive as investors bought the risky assists. By 12th June 2020, the All Share Price Index increased by 2.80 per cent to 4,914.83 points and the S&P SL 20 Index increased by 5.14 per cent to 2,054.96 points, compared to the index values of last week. The weekly turnover was at 7.7 billion rupees. But foreign investigators were net sellers of 3.24 billion rupees worth of equities for the week.
