Number of COVID-19 patients in Sri Lanka rises to 1814

The Number of COVID-19 patients in the country rose to 1814 with the addition of 13 new cases last evening. 09 out of the 13 newly detected cases were officers attached to the Sri Lanka Navy while 03 of them were returnees from Kuwait and another one person was a returnee from Russia. Accordingly, the number of COVID-19 patients currently under medical care has risen to 912. Meanwhile, with 33 COVID-19 patients making a complete recovery yesterday, the number of recoveries in the island also rose to 891.
