Azath Salley appears before 4/21 presidential commission

Colombo (News 1st) - Former Governor of the Western Province Azath Salley appeared before the Presidential Commission probing the April 21st attacks to record a statement. Former Governor Azath Salley arrived at the Presidential Commission's Police Unit at 9.00 this morning. In addition, Venerable Akmeemana Dayarathana Thero and MP Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe arrived at the Presidential Commission to provide statements. 47 people have provided evidence at the Presidential Commission thus far, while statements were recorded from 317 people.
