12-gauge shotgun seized with 2 suspects

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Two suspects were arrested along with a foreign manufactured 12-gauge shotgun in Meegahathenna, Pelawatta. According to the police the two suspects, residents of Meegahathenna and Polgampola were arrested while traveling on a three-wheeler. The Police had taken steps to inspect the three-wheeler based on information they had received. The Meegahathenna police division is carrying out further investigations into the discovery.
