JVP cancels May day rally

COLOMBO (News 1st) - JVP has decided to cancel the May day workers rally this year. The leader of the party, Anura Kumara Dissanayake noted at a press briefing that the decision was taken due to the unsafe condition in the country. He added that the party condemns the streak of attacks that occurred on Easter Sunday(21).
