Arjun Aloysius and Kasun Palisena remanded till the 4th December

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Beneficial Owner of Perpetual Treasuries Arjun Aloysius and its CEO Kasun Palisena, have been further remanded until the 4th of December. The order was given by Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake. The two have been identified as suspects in the ongoing case surrounding the Central Bank Bond issuance. The Magistrate further ordered the Court registrar that the case be transferred to the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court. Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake stated that the Judicial Services Commission had granted approval to have the case transferred to the Colombo Chief Magistrate due to certain personal reasons that he had presented.
