Suspect Arrested Over Double Murder in Hatton–Dikoya Area

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect alleged to have killed a man and a woman inside a shop in Dikoya, Hatton has been arrested by the police.

The suspect is currently being interrogated.

The victims have been identified as an 82-year-old man and his wife who is of the same age.

Police had recovered the bodies acting based on a tip-off received. 

Further investigations into the incident are underway.
