Dubai Danushka’s Drug Ring Hit | Two Arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police have arrested two suspects linked to the notorious organized criminal and drug trafficker known as “Dubai Danushka”, during raids in Wellampitiya and Angoda.

The operation, carried out by the Special Task Force (STF) Intelligence Division, led to the seizure of 200 grams and 590 milligrams of crystal methamphetamine (Ice) from the suspects.

The arrested individuals, aged 22 and 32, are residents of Wellampitiya and Kolonnawa. 

They are believed to be key operatives in managing Danushka’s drug distribution network in Sri Lanka.

Both suspects have been handed over to Wellampitiya Police for further investigations.
