Hekitta Murder: Victim Linked to 2023 Mahabage Killing

COLOMBO (News 1st): A man was brutally murdered with the use of a sharp weapon in Hekitta, Wattala.

According to police, the victim was attacked by four unidentified individuals, who arrived in a three-wheeler.

Police added that the victim was a tenant of the upper floor of his residence.

Police further said that the victim had previously aided and abetted a murder that took place in the Mahabage, in 2023. 

Wattala Police are continuing investigations to apprehend the suspects.
