Trinity College Remains Unbeaten With Victory Against S. Thomas' College in School Rugby League

COLOMBO (News 1st): Trinity College, Kandy won the match against S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia in the 2025 Inter-Schools League Rugby Tournament, winning the Canon R.S.De Saram Shield.

Trinity College took the lead in the first half of the match held at the S. Thomas' College Ground, scoring 29 to 12.

In the second half, both teams scored 7 points each.

However, S. Thomas' College's effort was not enough as Trinity College secured victory with a final score of 36 to 19.

They scored 6 tries and 3 conversions, while St. Thomas' College managed only 3 tries and 2 conversions.

With this win, Trinity College, Kandy further extended their lead in the points table, remaining unbeaten throughout the league.
