CEB to Submit Revised Electricity Tariff Proposal to PUCSL on December 6

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) announced that the revised electricity tariff proposal will be submitted to the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) on December 6th.

CEB Media Spokesperson Eng. A.D. K. Parakramasinghe stated that the report preparation process is in its final stage.

The CEB earlier had proposed a tariff reduction of 6 - 11 percent for the final quarter of 2024.

However, The PUCSL Rejecting the proposal instructed the CEB to revise the tariff revision proposal for the first six months of 2025.
