Colombo (News 1st); A DNA test is to be carried out to determine if the body brought to Sri Lanka on Thursday (18) morning from Dubai is of wanted criminal Dinuka Madushan also known as Keselwatte Dinuka.
Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana speaking to News 1st said the court will be informed of the body and the DNA tests.
Further, a fingerprint analysis will be carried out by comparing the fingerprints recorded by the Keselwatte Police before the suspect fled Sri Lanka and the fingerprints on the body that arrived in Sri Lanka on Thursday (18).
Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana added until the results of those tests are made available, the body will be moved to a hospital morgue.
