March 08, 2010: Namal Rajapaksa, UPFA Hambantota district candidate says that Sri Lanka can become the wonder of Asia.
He was expressing these views at a function in Badulla yesterday.
After this election, after this new-found freedom, Sri Lanka is travelling on the path of development.
“We know that it is so under the leadership of the President. We don't have to teach the children about development.
“A large scale development is in existence in this district, in this province and also in the Hambantota district where I was born, bred and where I am now engaged in politics.
“That is what is special about this election,” said Namal Rajapaksa.
