Jerry Lewis, the comedian and filmmaker who was adored by many, disdained by others, but unquestionably a defining figure of American entertainment in the 20th century, died on Sunday morning at his home in Las Vegas. He was 91.
A family statement said he died of natural causes at his home in Las Vegas on Sunday morning.
Some of the films Lewis acted was, The Nutty Professor, The Bellboy, Rock-A-Bye Baby, At War with the Army and The Ladies Man.
Lewis once became the highest paid actor in Hollywood.
