Shiran Basik’s Overseas Properties Uncovered During Questioning

COLOMBO (News 1st): Information has been revealed that Shiran Basik, a large-scale drug trafficker currently in custody, owns properties including hotels and vehicles in Switzerland, Italy, and France.

This information was uncovered during questioning by officers of the Police Central Crime Investigation Bureau.

Police stated that Shiran Basik had traveled to the respective countries and managed these business operations.

Additionally, questioning revealed that the suspect owns a jeep worth over 15 million rupees in Dubai.

Several of the suspect's local properties have also been brought to light in recent days.

Among them are properties including several hotels located on Colombo Sea Street and mobile phone shops in the Boralesgamuwa area.

He is currently being questioned under a detention order while held in the custody of the Colombo Central Crime Investigation Bureau.
