Illegal assets worth Rs.75 million owned by drug kingpin 'Angulane Sana' seized

COLOMBO (News1st); The Illegal Assets and Intellectual Property Investigation Unit has seized illegal assets worth Rs.75 million, owned by drug kingpin 'Angulane Sana'.

Sri Lanka Police said his mother was arrested on Thursday (09) in connection with the incident.

Police seized two flats in Polgasowita and Moronthuduwa, and a stock of gold worth Rs.4 million.

Police said three cars were also among the confiscated property.

'Angulane Sana' is currently in remand custody.
