Rev. Fr. Cyril Gamini Fernando arrives at the CID to record a statement over 2019 Easter attacks

COLOMBO (News 1st); Rev. Fr. Cyril Gamini Fernando arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department this morning.

He arrived at the CID to record a statement regarding the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks.

Speaking to media Rev. Fr. Cyril Gamini Fernando said he was notified to appear before the CID at 10am today.

He says many details have been uncovered regarding the Easter Sunday attacks adding however that a proper investigation is yet to be conducted to identify the mastermind behind the attack.
